Wine Sales

TheWineCache.com does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By using this site you swear and affirm that you are over the age of 21. Thewinecache.com requires all users to make an affirmation that they are over the age of 21 and uses only shipping partners who ensure that wine is delivered to an adult over the age of 21 with a official ID.

Parental Controls

This site is not a site for underage users. The Communications Decency Act of 1996 requires us to notify you that parental control protections are commercially available that may assist you in limiting access to content that may be harmful to minors. Shipping Terms and Conditions 

Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from The Wine Cache to the purchaser in the State of Ohio and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping of it from Ohio to the purchaser’s home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine, The Wine Cache is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from The Wine Cache, the purchaser is representing that they are acting in a fashion compliant with their local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that they have obtained any required permission, paid any required fees or taxes, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and authorizes that they are 21 years of age.  The Wine Cache only uses shippers that require the purchaser to provide proof of age at the time of the delivery.
