Guarantee and Returns - Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We process orders as quickly as possible. Generally, we will have you delivery ready for delivery within 24 to 48 hours. We do not process orders on Sundays. Some items may require up to 5 business days to prepare for delivery. If you have a specific question about a wine or vintage please contact us using the "Contact us" link above before ordering and we will give you the information needed to feel comfortable about placing the order.

Please be aware that vintages change often. We reserve the right to ship what the current vintage of every wine listed on our site. While we do everything we can to keep the pictures and text up-to-date, it is possible that the next vintage is being shipped and the picture is of date. If you are looking for a very specific vintage please use the "Contact Us" form to assure accuracy before ordering.


Merchandise Damaged in Shipping

If you happened to receive a shipment that was damaged in transit please contact us and we will contact the shipper to resolve. We reserve the right to issue a replacement bottle(s). If that particular wine is no longer available we reserve the right to issue a credit towards you next purchase.


Returns Policy

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase. Ocassionally, you will find a wine you do not like. If you would like to return an order for taste reasons, we will issue a refund or credit, less a 30% restocking fee upon receipt of the returned wine.
