How long does it take to ship my order?

Since we stock all the wines we have on the site, your order will normally ship within one business day of being received by us.


  

What if the vintage I ordered is not in stock?

Our policy is to ship the current vintage.  We keep our vintages up to date on the site so this is not a common occurence.



Can I special order wine?

A: Yes! Please call us at 888-459-8442 since we have access to thousands of wines.  Our on staff sommelier can also assist you with your wine selections.



Can I make an order over the phone?

Do you provide advice on what wine to purchase?

Yes!  Please contact us with your questions and we will be happy to assist with your wine purchase.
